Confused by the lies she's been fed...

What I don't understand:

-Why everything has to be on your terms.  Am I not allowed to try to get you to crack a smile?
-Why you never dated anyone else.  Why couldn't you find someone to get you away from me?
-How you can tell me forever and then take it all back.
-How you dared tell me you'd never leave me.  How you dared tell me I had your heart forever.
-Why I let you mess with me when I knew you still loved her and I loved him.
-Why I even love either one of you still.  After all the HELL you both put me through.
-How we know we still care about each other but we pretend to hate even the thought of being friends.
-Why you ever let me back into your life in the first place. You knew I'd screw with you.
-How you ever put up with me.
-Why you always acted like you didn't love me.  How does a father do that?
-I knew you loved me and maybe sitll do. Why didn't you try harder to be part of my life.  Afterall, you are my mother.
-Why the three people I loved most in life had to be sent away.
-How everyone expects everyone to be perfect.  Didn't God send us down here to learn more?  To make mistakes and fix them?
-Why I never learn from all the semi-intelligent things I seem to do over and over again.  That's kind of an understatement.
-Why I'm still excited to see you in two years.
-Why I still think we'll get married when I know we won't.
-Why everyone feels like they MUST  criticize one another.
-Why you're so critical of every move I make.
-Why you won't give him even the slightest chance.  I promise, talking to him for a couple of minutes WILL NOT kill you.
-Why people are made fun of or criticized because of their gifts.
-Why people even listen to people who can't contain their jealousy.  It's not a curse.  It's a gift. Use it.
-How I can't control who I love.  All I want is to not get hur.
-Why I'm so afraid of letting people in.
-How technology ruined us all. I thought it was supposed to make things easier.
-Why people don't understand my obsession with music and making it.
-Why people degrade themselves with their choice of clothing and actions.
-Why America is so confused on what freedom really is.  Free of what? Murder? No. Rape? No. Discrimination? No.  Hate? No. Fraud? No.  Lies? Wrong.
-Why any kind of art is looked down upon.  It's art.  It's beautiful no matter what.
-Why people choose to trash their lives.  In high school? Really.
-And why people think they need to end their life.  There's always another choice.
