I have always loved running.
Running in PE in elementary school.
Running during basketball practice in middle school.
Running during volleyball practice in high school.
I lost it in college and gained twenty pounds.
Lately, I've grown to appreciate the way it makes me feel more and more.
Rejuvenation early in the morning.
Setting myself free late at night.
Regardless of the time or place, running is a part of me again.
I love feeling the air hit my skin as I push myself farther and farther.
I love knowing, in that moment, I can let everything else go.
