Looks Don't Tell the Truth
It's quite amazing what eating healthy on a normal
three meal a day schedule will do, not only to your
physical health, but also your mental health.
That and yoga<3
Breakfast: A bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios
Lunch: A nice, large salad with tomatoes and light
balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner: A six inch Subway sandwich stuffed full of
veggies.
Dessert: A handful of gummy bears.
(Hey, a girl has to have some sweets somewhere.)
I absolutely cannot wait for yoga Tuesday night(:
