He looked out the window, seaching for, dreaming of, hoping to see reassurence
Only to see loneliness.
A solitary flower, swaying in the wind.
"Love," he told himself,
"A small and faint whisper in the background,
A delicate and soft shadow cast from the sun.
But, oh! The enormity that love is.
The burden it causes every man to carry."
And then she's by his side again.
Making him rething all that was said.
Now in his arms she is.
Lying there, helpless in his arms
She is all the reassurence he needs.
